Neil Gresham ROCKFIT

Reach new heights in extreme fitness!

ROCKFIT is the newest thing inexercise, with its roots firmly in the ever growing sport of rock climbing. ROCKFIT takes common climbing moves and builds them into the best all-round workout available today.

What does it do for me?

The core of ROCKFIT is moving up and down the ROCKFIT stations using whichever hand and foot holds that your exercise demands. This allows you to profile your workout to push specific muscle groups and rest others, or you can go all out for the maximum burn.

Increased STRENGTH, increased POWER, increased ENDURANCE for your whole body and you realy can tailor the session to your needs.

ROCKFIT classes also combine floor based exercises to your keep your heart rate up while resting to you a great cardio workout.

How does it work?

Five ROCKFIT panels are set with a range of hand and foot holds
Use all the different ROCKFIT stations to build up circuits
Each exercise is designed to work a specific muscle group
In-between stations are floor based exercises to keep your heart rate up
All exercises increase core STRENGTH
Tailor the session by changing the intensity to improve your POWER and ENDURANCE.

ROCKFIT can be completed as part of a group exercise class or as an individual session.
