Calisthenics is a brilliant way to work on upper body strength in a functional way which will improve your climbing and overall strength and fitness.
Our weekly class with self confessed bar junkie Rich Lucas ( Sapien Training) normally runs on Tuesdays - stay tuned for restart dates.

Come along and learn how to best use our bar area and how to build your strength through pushing, pulling and lifting your own body weight.

Members pay only £5 + normal entry (includes climbing before and / or after) and non-members pay £10 (excludes climbing).

The classes tend to get quite full so book in advanced to secure your space!
