Acknowledgement of Risk.

Before completing any of the forms below, please make sure you have watched our Boulder Safety Video:

  • Adult Climbers

This form is for all climbers who are aged 18+ and wishing to use the centre.

During the process, you will be asked a number of questions regarding your competency. Please answer these honestly as you will be tested when you arrive.

  • Junior Climbers

All juniors under the age of 18 will need to fill out a U18 Acknowledgement of Risk..

This includes those that attend our NICAS and Wild Climbers Kids Clubs.

This form will need to be filled out by a parent or guardian.

  • Novice Supervision Form

If you are supervising any juniors or novice adult climbers then a Novice Supervision Form must be completed in addition to the relevant climber registration form (Climber or Junior Reg Form).

An adult who has passed the safety test may supervise up to 2 novice/junior climbers. Whilst supervising your own climbing will be restricted unless you have another competent climber with you.

  • Aged 14 - 17

Juniors aged between 14 - 17 who are either just wanting to boulder or who can pass the safety test can climb independently.

However, they must have a completed Competent Junior Acknowledgement of Risk form filled in by a parent or legal guardian.
